The Plot is located on the right bank of Kabini Reservoir opposite to the world renowned Kabini River lodges and accessible by road across the Kabini dam
The farm has about 20 acres of coconut plantation (700 coconut trees) and 13 acres cultivating land with tree growth. The total acreage is over 43 acres. The farm has an open well with a perennial source of water and power supply is available.
